Overview We offer a full range of services to help you with desktop and notebook computing, including technical support, a central lab and print center, and access to site-licensed software.

Benefits Get help with all aspects of desktop and notebook computing: we can help you with purchasing, protecting, using, and fixing your computer. Come and use our central computing lab, or print from your own computer to our central print facilities.

  • We offer a state of the art general purpose lab and print center at the BU Common @ Mugar.
  • IS&T offers desktop administration and desktop deployment services to departments that don’t have their own technical support staff.
  • Site-licensing allows you to download anti-virus, anti-spyware, and other selected software for free.
  • Desktop support pages help you learn how to use your computer and software, how to protect your computer, and how to save energy.
