Send an e-mail from your computer
You can just copy and paste your meeting room URL into an e-mail to your participants and compose a custom invitation with all of your particulars.
Send invitations from the Adobe Site
To send invitations to your conference participants from the Adobe site:
- Select Invitations above the Meeting Information bar and click Send E-Mail Invitations.
- Note: If you have an audio conference bridge reservation, enter the details, including the 800 number and participant code for Premier Global, or the local number if you have a Meet Me conference reservation.
- Enter the e-mail addresses of the participants you wish to invite, type any additional message you want to include in the body of the e-mail, and Send. Notice the subject line of your e-mail is the Name you gave your conference when you entered your meeting information.
- Your invitees will be sent an e-mail with your invitation to join the conference at the date and time you requested as well as links to test their connectivity and an overview of the service.
You may return to the Home page to Open your meeting if the meeting is immediate, or you can Log out (top right corner) and open your meeting later when it’s scheduled.
