Description of Impact

Blackboard Learn is currently experiencing an issue when uploading documents.

Current Status

Resolved at 9:50am.

IS&T teams have identified the the issue and are working toward resolution.

The next update will be when this issue has been resolved.

Resolved – Service Impacting Incident: Enrollments into Blackboard Learn not working for some CPE students

The issue has been resolved and CPE student enrollments into Blackboard Learn are fully functional again.

Previous Update

Some Continuing Professional Education (CPE) students are not being enrolled automatically into their courses hosted on the Blackboard Learn system.

IS&T Teams are investigating the issue. This post will be updated when the issue has been resolved.

Description of Impact

Blackboard Learn was very slow to load and sluggish when in the system. Full service has been restored.

The cause of this incident was determined to be an issue with one of the application servers.

Blackboard Learn was unavailable after IS&T teams performed maintenance this morning and service was not restored within the change window.

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams have resolved the incident with vendor assistance.

Additional Information

The cause of this incident was determined to be an issue with changing service to a secondary database server during maintenance. Service was restored on the primary database allowing full service restoration.
