Kuali Coeus Research Management

Overview Concurrent with BUworks, the University has implemented Phase I of the Kuali Coeus Research Management (KCRM) project. Phase 1 of the project includes replacing the legacy systems formerly used by the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) for proposal and award tracking and reporting, and developing an interface to the University’s new SAP financial system.

The research community will be provided access to new reports on sponsored research data via the BUworks Central portal. This access will replace the current My Grants system.

Benefits Kuali Coeus provides a comprehensive research proposal development and management system that integrates well with BU’s new SAP financial system. The system will provide support for the University’s research faculty with the ultimate goal of facilitating and catalyzing enhanced research productivity.
