Financial Systems Management

Overview	A view of historical financial systems (through FY 2011) including Accounts Payable, General Accounting (including online journal entries), Grants and Contracts, Online Requisitions, Procurement, and Pcard. Beginning July 1, 2011, these systems are centrally available in BUworks. Historical views are also accessible on the Web through the Business Link. Each user’s menu is based on job function, and access to services is controlled by the business office responsible for the service.

Getting Started	Staff seeking access to the Financial System must contact their Data Security Administrator (DSA) to request the proper permits. To initiate a project request, please use the IS&T Project Request Form. If you experience an error, outage, or incident, or if you need to submit a service request or minor enhancement request related to an application, please contact us to request assistance.
