1. Visit http://bu.service-now.com/ and log in with your BU login name and Kerberos password.
  2. Expand the Incident application in the left menu by clicking on the down-pointing chevron.
  3. Select the appropriate list view:
    • My work: Open tickets assigned to the individual logged in.
    • My group’s work: The open tickets of the logged in individual’s groups.
    • My group’s – unassigned: All open tickets of the logged in individual’s groups that are not assigned to a staff member.
    • My group’s – closed: All closed tickets of the logged in individual’s groups.
    • Open: All open IS&T tickets.
    • Open – unassigned: All open IS&T tickets that are┬ánot assigned to a staff member.
    • Closed: All closed IS&T tickets.
  4. Once viewing a list, open a ticket by clicking on the INC number.
