Description of Impact
Convenience Points are now intermittently not displaying in MyPrintWeb. Additionally, when releasing color and/or prints beyond the allocated semester quota, there are intermittent invalid “Not enough credit” messages.Additional Information, and Workaround
For any student encountering the “Not enough credit” message, and have confirmed they have sufficient Convenience Points for the print job via Student Link: Please log out of the printer/release station, wait 60 seconds, and then re-try.Current Status
IS&T, as well as the software vendor, are continuing to investigate this issue.Next Update: Upon resolution
