Description of Impact

Some clients are receiving an error message when trying to access some weblogin resources (wordpress, library databasess (ezproxy), etc).

Current Status

IS&T teams have identified the cause of the incident and are working on resolving the issue.

Additional Information

The work-around is to log into the BU VPN (vpn.bu.edu) and then access the resource. Next Update: Upon resolution
