The OnBase upgrade and migration to the cloud have been successfully completed. Please be sure you are using an OnBase version 17 client to access OnBase. You will now login with your BU Shibboleth ID and password, and authenticate via Duo. Do not use your old OnBase password for the Unity and Outlook clients as you have in the past.
If you need an updated OnBase client installed, please send a ticket to ITHelp@bu.edu and request help from your desktop support area.
If you are sure you are using an approved OnBase 17 client and are still having problems with OnBase, send a ticket to ITHelp@bu.edu and ask for the ticket to be assigned to the Document Management & Imaging group. Put “OnBase Upgrade:” and then specify your problem in the subject line.
