Description of Impact
Some O365 Web Portal URL redirects such as portal.microsoftonline.com were returning “connection timed out” error messages. The URL portal.office.com was not impacted.

The vendor has resolved the incident.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident was determined to be a recent network configuration change performed by the vendor. The vendor has corrected the configuration issue.
