RESOLVED: Office 365 – Some Web Portal Redirects Weren’t Functioning Properly

Description of Impact

Some O365 Web Portal URL redirects such as portal.microsoftonline.com were returning “connection timed out” error messages. The URL portal.office.com was not impacted.

The vendor has resolved the incident.
