Clients were experiencing issues reviewing student submissions directly via the Blackboard Grading Center Web interface.

The vendor has resolved the incident
Additional Information
Blackboard inline grading services though the course Grade Center have been restored. Work submitted by students during the outage may not render within the browser and should be downloaded for offline marking or resubmitted by the student.
