Description of Impact
Clients were experiencing issues with the MyPrint WebPrint application. MyPrint printing directly from computers was not impacted.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
The cause of this incident was determined to be a performance issue associated with printing PDF files. WebPrint’s native Adobe rendering application was enabled to address this issue.
