Description of Impact
Within the Blackboard Learn learning management system (LMS) the “My Courses” and “All Blackboard Learn” courses lists were not visible for some people and therefore denying them access to their classes. Full service has been restored.
Incident Description and ResolutionIS&T teams have resolved the incident.
The cause of this incident is under investigation. People may need to clear their browser cache (http://www.bu.edu/tech/support/browsers/clear-cache/) before attempting to access Blackboard Learn again.
