IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

The cause of this incident was determined to be an issue with DHCP. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.

Description of Impact

Wireless (802.1x) issues have been reported at various locations on the Charles River Campus.

Current Status

IS&T teams have identified the cause of the issue and are working on a resolution.

For some people, forgetting and re-adding the wireless network (802.1x) has resolved the issue. There are instructions online for adding 802.1x, for a number of devices at http://www.bu.edu/tech/services/infrastructure/networks/wireless/8021x/ For others, restarting their devices and then re-adding the wireless network (802.1x) has resolved the issue.

If forgetting the network (802.1x) and re-adding it doesn’t resolve the issue for you, please try restarting your device and then attempt to obtain a wireless connection again.
