The majority of issues with BU’s Wireless Network have been resolved. However, there may still be some locations in which wireless access is unavailable. IS&T teams are continuing to resolve this incidents on a case by case basis.
If you are still experiencing difficulty connecting to the BU (802.1x) wireless network, please contact the IT Help Center and include the following information:
1. Physical location (building name or address and room)
2. Your BU login name
3. Description of the issue or error message
Services Impacted: Wireless Network
Description of Impact
Wireless Networking may be unavailable at specific locations on the Charles River Campus.
IS&T teams have identified the cause of the problem and are addressing remaining issues on a case by case basis.
Wired Networking is not affected and networked PCs are available at the BU Common @ Mugar.
