Description of Impact

OnBase is currently unavailable. Clients can login using both the Thick and the Thin client, but cannot retrieve or import. OnBase freezes when these actions are attempted in both retrieval and workflow.

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating with assistance from the vendor.
