Description of Impact
For some clients, the CrashPlan Backup Service would report that the CrashPlan cloud server is “Destination unavailable – License limit reached” and some clients were unable to backup or restore.
Incident Description and Resolution
The vendor corrected a configuration issue on the CrashPlan storage server.

Current Status
IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating the issue with the vendor.
