MGHPCC Awards $600,000 in Seed Grants

Monday, February 6Resolved: Database unavailability – Thin Clients and Terminal Services affected
IS & T teams have resolved this incident at 5:30 pm on 2/6/2012 Incident Discovery Time: 05:02pm on 02/06/2012 Thin Client computers, such as those at the BU Common @ Mugar, are currently unavailable, as are Terminal Services. IS&T teams are also identifying if any additional services are impacted and will post them on Tech Web as they are known.

Resolved: Blackboard Learn unavailable
Time of Resolution: 04:22pm on 02/06/2012 Clients were unable to access Blackboard Learn. Blackboard 8 and Blackboard Vista were unaffected. IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
