Yoni Ben-Meshulam

Yoni Ben-Meshulam is currently a Data Scientist at Opower. Opower is a new customer engagement platform for the utility industry. It reinvents the way utilities interact with customers—from the quality of the information provided to the way it’s presented and delivered. Serving nearly 60 utilities, including 8 of the US’s 10 largest, Opower turns energy usage data from over 50 Million homes into targeted, actionable information and outreach efforts that drive real behavioral change. Using modern approaches to machine learning on large-scale distributed computing systems, Ben-Meshulam makes insights available to Opower’s internal constituents, utility partners, and residential customers. Additionally, Ben-Meshulam directs a biannual Innovation Day event, championing the culture of innovation within Opower.
