LabVIEW from National Instruments

Boston University now offers faculty and staff on the main campus access to a LabVIEW teaching and research site license. This is the professional (not academic) version, which may be installed on any machine whose purpose is to further teaching or research at Boston University. Faculty and staff may also install the software on home computers for support of BU related activities. Connection to the campus network is not required.

LabVIEW is a graphical development environment. Through virtual instruments one can acquire, analyze, display, and store data as well as troubleshoot code. It is particularly useful to engineers, scientists, and technical professionals.
