Application Fee (non-refundable)
The 2014 Application Fee will be posted on December 15.
Program Deposit (non-refundable)
Once accepted, we will reserve your place in the program upon receipt of the program deposit. This deposit is due within three weeks of acceptance into the program. The deposit is applied against the cost of the program fee, and is non-refundable. The 2014 Program Deposit amount will be posted on December 15.
The Program Fee includes tuition for 10 semester-hour credits, internship placement, on-campus orientation and activities, and other administrative services. It does not include housing, meals, transportation to and from the work site, textbooks/course materials, medical insurance, or personal expenses. The 2014 Program Fee will be posted on December 15.
Payment and Refund Policy
The date by which the full payment is due will be posted on December 15. The last day to withdraw from this program is Tuesday, May 27, 2014. Students who officially withdraw from the program by the May 27 deadline will receive a cancellation of the Program Fee (the deposit is non-refundable). Students who remain enrolled in the program past the May 27 deadline are responsible for the full Program Fee. Students will receive instructions on how to pay the non-refundable deposit and their balance once they have been admitted to the program.
No financial aid is available for this program. Students who are interested in obtaining financial aid/loans should contact their home institution's office of financial assistance for eligibility criteria.
Students whose internship schedule allows may enroll in an additional Summer 2 course during the internship phase of the program. There is an additional tuition charge for this additional course.
