Withdrawal Deadlines
Absence from class does not constitute an official withdrawal or dropped course.
If your plans change and you are unable to attend a course for which you have
registered, you must officially withdraw from the class. Failure to do so within the schedule
of dates for that course will result in your being held responsible for all
tuition and fees associated with the course(s) in question.
Students can withdraw from summer classes using WebReg on the Student Link until the add/drop deadline that applies to their courses. You can also complete a Class Adjustment Form and mail, fax, or deliver the form to:

Credit Balance
A credit balance on your account resulting from withdrawal,
overpayment, or adjustment may be refunded if you make a request in writing

However, if financial assistance comprises all or part of your credit balance you must make your refund request with your financial assistance representative.
