Students in our High School Programs must be at least 15 years of age or older to be eligible to purchase a membership for use of the FitRec center for the time they are on campus. For Summer Challenge and Summer Preview students, we recommend that this form is filled out even if you do not intend on purchasing a membership, since some of our planned afternoon activities occur in the FitRec center and the form is needed.
