The application deadline for the RISE Program has passed.

• Online Application Form - Applicants need to submit the $50 non-refundable application fee by credit card at the time of submission of the online application.
• Teacher and Counselor Recommendation Forms

Note: Email is the primary form of communication through the application and admission process. Please ensure that both parent and student emails are entered correctly on the application. Also, please inform our office immediately if there is a change in either email address.
