Residential Students

High school students live together as a community in Boston University's Warren Towers residence hall. Located right in the heart of campus, Warren Towers consists of three separate towers of dormitory rooms, multiple study areas, and a TV lounge. Young men and women live in separate towers, usually two students to a room. Some students may be in singles and some may be in triples.

If you are attending one of our programs with a friend, you may request to room together. In order to be considered, a room request must be submitted by each student asking to share a room. Requests should be submitted via the Letter of Intent. Please note that rooming requests are not guaranteed.

Warren Towers has 24-hour security and full-time Boston University residential staff. Carefully selected program assistants (PAs) also live in the residences and provide students with guidance as they adapt to college life. The PAs coordinate social outings and ensure that students return to the residence before curfew each night.

Warren Towers has air conditioning in some study areas and the television room, but not in the dorm rooms or other areas of the building. Dorm rooms can get hot so we strongly recommend that students bring a fan with them or buy one when they arrive on campus.

High school students eat their meals in the Fresh Food Company at Warren Towers, a dining hall located on the fourth floor of your residence. The menu choices include restaurant-style meals, vegetarian and vegan options, freshly-made desserts, and so much more. If you have special dietary requirements, please contact us so we can make arrangements to best accommodate you. The dining staff can also assist you if you have food allergies or other dietary restrictions.

Commuter Students

There is no option to commute in the Academic Immersion program. Students must reside on campus.
