Study and Travel—Summer 2008Practice your beginning Chinese—in China!Note: This program is no longer available for enrollment. This unforgettable, ten-day journey to China provides an opportunity for students to immerse themselves in the day-to-day culture of the country, interacting with citizens and improving chinese language skills through daily instruction and practice. Throughout the program, students explore many of China's ancient wonders and beautiful historic sites, experience traditional customs, and enjoy a variety of cultural activities. This program requires at least one semester of beginning Chinese. Though the program is no longer available at the moment, we do plan to offer this study and travel opportunity again in 2009.
