The IT Help Center offers an expanded array of services to better assist the University with its personal computing needs.

BU Software Distribution Center

A variety of freeware and shareware software, as well as software which has been site-licensed to BU. Site-licensed software may require BU login and Kerberos password.

Instructor-led Computing Tutorials through PCSC
The Personal Computing Support Center can help you learn to use supported software through instructor-led tutorials and self-paced tutorials, and can also answer software questions for supported programs through their various support resources.
