Storage Request Form

This form can be used to request materials listed in Theology Storage. Materials requested are delivered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, except when there is a holiday. Requests submitted before 3:00pm will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day.

*Please note that storage items will not be held on campus for more than 2 weeks. If you need them longer or cannot pick them up immediately, please let our staff know so that the item(s) can be held longer than 2 weeks.
