Registration & Financial Aid

Welcome to the School of Theology’s                             Office of Registration and Financial Aid: ORFA!

The Registrar’s Office operates as the official record keeper of the Seminary, and the goal of the Financial Aid program is to assist students in finding ways to meet basic educational costs while attending the School.  ORFA is responsible for aiding in student’s registration each semester, the publication of the fall/spring course schedule, exam and classroom scheduling, grade reporting, diplomas, degree verification, annotating transcripts, the petition process for all degree programs, producing financial aid packages, processing loan adjustments, and reviewing and transferring in approved outside coursework.

ORFA values the privacy of our students and is dedicated to providing studens with quality assistance and service.  The staff of Suite 108 welcomes inquires and will respond as promptly as possible; please note that all paperwork requires a 24-48 hour turn around time at minimum.  Appointments to talk with the Registrar may be made by signing up in Suite 108, by phone (617-353-3053), or by email (sthregfa@bu.edu).
