Sign up for our monthly newsletter to stay updated on STH news and events that are open to the public.

All students, faculty and staff are welcome to submit events to the School of Theology calendar. To submit an event:

    • Click here.
    • Log in using your BU credentials if prompted.
    • Click New Event and enter your event details. Make sure that you include the year in the date of your event.

To promote your event, please submit the details here and check the boxes for the appropriate publicity venues.

Use this form to reserve the 7 STH rooms – as listed on the room reservation document – for the following:

1) For all weekend events

2) For weekday events that require special room setups and cleanup above normal use (i.e. lectures, panel discussion and/or large catered events).

The office of Community Life and Lifelong Learning coordinates several student employees who operate recording equipment for STH events. They are equipped to setup and run:

  • Livestream
  • Zoom Meetings
  • Video Recording & Editing

These services are only available to STH community members. To schedule one of these services for an event, please fill out the following form.

Make sure to fill out your request 3 weeks in advance or we may not be able to meet your needs.

Request Media Assistants

  • Please submit your request at least 3 weeks in advance of your event.
  • When will recording begin?
  • When will recording stop?
  • Please provide a a brief description of your event and any additional notes the Media Assistants should know. Also include a phone number we can contact as well.
