Dr. Richard, a lecturer in the School of Theology since Fall
1996, joins the faculty in 1998 as Professor of Theology.
Among his research interests are the issue of art as a language,
ethics and technology, the interaction of culture and religion,
Christology and world religions, theology and spirituality
of John Calvin, religion and the situation of elderly people
in the United States, the questions regarding death and dying,
and the issue of suffering and theology. A member of
many scholarly organizations, Dr. Richard is on the Editorial
Board of Eglise et Theologie.
