EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Nathan Littauer Foundation invites nominations and applications for the position of Executive Director of the Foundation. The Nathan Littauer Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home.
Located in scenic Fulton County at the gateway of Adirondack Park, it is an affordable and family-friendly area renowned for its many excellent outdoor and recreational opportunities. It is also within easy driving distance to Saratoga Springs, NY (30 minutes), Albany, NY (45 minutes), New York City (3 hours) and Boston (3 ½ hours).
The Nathan Littauer Hospital has a long tradition of providing the citizens of Fulton County and surrounding areas with comprehensive and cutting edge medical care and services. Founded by a charitable gift in 1891, the Hospital’s rich philanthropic tradition has been an important factor in its growth and success. Today, the Nathan Littauer Foundation seeks to build upon its recently-completed capital campaign by continuing to grow philanthropic giving through enhanced annual, major and planned gift efforts.
The person we seek will have a successful record of building and managing a growing fund raising program and can demonstrate a minimum of five years of progressively responsible and successful fund raising experience. Preference will be given to candidates with clear experience building annual, major and planned gift programs, as well as working cooperatively with a Board of Directors.
