Cole Chapman is a senior at Boston University and the state house correspondent for the Metrowest Daily News in Framingham, MA. In the past, he has written and contributed to the Northampton Gazette, WBUR.org,Patch.com for Boston’s Back Bay, IGN.com, BU Cultureshock, and the Daily Free Press. He has a passion for technology, science, culture, and all the reporting that goes in between. He hopes to someday move back to San Francisco, but for the time being he’s willing to explore any and all stories around the United States.
Deedee Sun is multimedia journalist who is passionate about local news and its impact on communities. She’s completing her last semester at Boston University, double majoring in Broadcast Journalism and Economics. She currently reports for BostonNeighborhood Network News (NNN) and is Executive Producer for BUTV10‘s news magazine show, Inside Boston. She has covered the 2013 Presidential Inauguration in Washington D.C., the Occupy Wall Street protests in Los Angeles and Boston, and the New England fisheries crisis from Gloucester, MA. Deedee was born in Harbin, China, and considers herself a Chicago native. Her hobbies include cooking, traveling, DIY crafts, and tinkering on the piano.
Emily O’Donnell is a senior at Boston University, studying Journalism and PoliticalScience. She has contributed to the Lifestyle section of the Reuters newswire, and has published on Boston.com, the BU News Service and Panorama Magazine. Most recently,she was featured BBC TV’s Click, discussing social media during presidential campaigns.
She wrote a political column for BU’s student newspaper, The Daily Free Press and contributed to college news website SumoSkinny.com. Currently she writes for The SunChronicle about Massachusetts legislation.
Mike Trinh is a senior at Boston University, studying journalism. His articles have appeared in the BU School of Public Health website and Boston.com’s MyCampus.
