Troubleshooting

If you are having issues with your computer, most will be able to be solved by restarting.

If you are having trouble trying to print to a network printer there are a few potential problems:

Problem	Solution
The computer is not connected to the network.	call SSWIT at 8-1244
The printer is having a problem.	Try turning the printer on and off
The server is having a problem.	Fill out the help request form
