Outlook Folders
Using folders help you organize your mail and increases access and sorting speed in your Mailbox and your Archive.
Using Folders to sort your email
| In the Mail Folders window on the left-hand side of Outlook, right-click on your "Mailbox – Lastname, Firstname MI." Select "New Folder…" |

| If you want the folder in the top level of the mailbox, click okay, otherwise, click the + to find the folder in which you’d like to create the new folder |

| In the "Name:" box, put your folder name, and make sure the desitnation fo the new folder is highlighted in the "Select where to place the folder:" area |

| Your folder now appears in the "Mail Folders" window |

| To move a message to a folder you can use one of two methods: |

1. Drag and Drop:
