Registration, Confirmation of Enrollment and Payment
Register early as enrollment is limited and courses fill quickly. Participants MUST be pre-registered. Submission of an application does not guarantee enrollment. Payment is required at the time of registration. Upon enrollment, email confirmation will be sent to you directly.
CEC Replacement Policy
Records are kept for the current and last two-year licensing cycle. We urge you to keep your own records, as we cannot be responsible for lost certificates. Copies of recent CE certificates are provided for a $20 fee. Please include your full name, contact information, date and title of the workshop with your request and fee; allow two weeks for processing.
Cancellations
Tuition is refundable up to two weeks before a workshop. After that time, no refunds will be given. Credits may be issued under certain circumstances. All fees will be refunded if a workshop is canceled due to low enrollment or weather. Please call 617-353-3756 or 617-353-7669 for inclement weather cancellation.
Discounts
- BUSSW alumni are eligible for a 10% discount on one PEP workshop per series.
- Field instructors are eligible for one free workshop per academic year, on a first come, first served basis, provided there is space.
- Faculty advisors receive one $35 discount per academic year.
- Full-time/half-time faculty and visiting scholars receive one free workshop per academic year.
*Discounts cannot be applied to certificate programs.
