Hoarding
Welcome and thank you for your interest in the ongoing hoarding research studies at Boston University School of Social Work.
To assist you with your search for information, the Hoarding Research Team maintains this website as a resource for consumers.
Our team engages in activities that include the study of hoarding and its background features, relationship to other disorders, and possible etiological factors. Periodically, we recruit individuals to participate in hoarding studies, including group treatment. For future recruitment, we will post announcements on this web page.
Due to the research focus, staffing, and infrastructure of the Hoarding Research Project we are not equipped to offer clinical services at this time, including individual and group therapy and referrals. To learn more about hoarding-related services, please visit the “Related Links” highlighted on this page.
If you have further questions, please visit the FAQ section of this site.
Thank you for your interest.
