Project Description: This 5-year project provides enhanced training to public child welfare workers enrolled in the MSW program at Boston University. Through a series of training activities, the project is designed to prepare workers with advanced skills in adolescent-focused child welfare practice. The training emphasizes a youth development focus to child welfare work and aims to create leaders in public child welfare.
