Online Program Advisor (North Carolina)
In addition to working with Boston University’s School of Social work as a Regional Advisor, I work in North Carolina as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the public schools. I am also a lecturer for several of the Area Health Education Centers (AHEC). My speaking engagements often focus on behavior management with children and adolescents and mindfulness based interventions. I am also a Field Supervisor for the University of North Carolina’s School of Social Work. The experience as a Field Instructor allows me the ability to provide effective support to students who are currently in their placements as well as the Field Supervisors providing supervision to Boston University School of Social Work Students.
