Closed Captioning of Videos
Professors utilize videos in class and students can request a transcript of the video. Many videos are unfortunately older and predate closed captioning. For those that have closed captioning available, a student will need to contact Boston University Media Services (617-353-3227) to learn how to turn this function on. Professors will not know how to do this!!
