Students who are bilingual and/or bicultural should be very careful in the interview process to screen for quality jobs. There are an abundance of jobs asking for these candidates, but you must make sure you will be providing the services you want to provide and not just interpreting or filling a token role. You will have more choices and lots of offers because there are more positions for bilingual/bicultural workers than there are workers to fill them. Take your time and screen for what is right for you.
