BUSSW Votes: 2020 Voter Registration Drives

Updated March 15, 2020

In every presidential election and primary, there are voting-eligible U.S. citizens who don’t vote because they don’t meet voter registration deadlines and requirements. We believe that every vote counts, and that it is vital that we address this obstacle.

This year, BUSSW is dedicated to facilitating voter registration across our School community by holding a series of voter drives staffed by volunteer staff, faculty, and students.

At each drive, volunteers will walk participants through each step of the registration process and will mail or deliver participants’ completed forms to the appropriate location. Volunteers will come equipped with the training and resources necessary to register attendees in any state, and to request absentee ballots if attendees wish to vote in their home state. Volunteers will also assist students who are interested in helping to register voters in their own communities.
