REGISTRATION FOR OFF-CAMPUS STUDENTS
Information regarding registration is sent to students electronically. Students register for courses via the student link. OCP students must follow their program plan. Those wishing modifications to their program plan should contact the Assistant Dean for OCP.

Registration is held in November for the spring semester, March for the summer semester and April for the fall semester. Incoming students' registration is ongoing from June to August.

The SSW Registrar's Office is responsible for keeping records of SSW grades (including incomplete grades), transcripts, withdrawals/leaves of absence, name changes, and status changes, etc.

*Students must meet with the Assitant Dean for OCP or the Director of their program, before a withdrawal with be processed.
Grade Report Policy
Students can access their grades through the Student Link. Students may request printed grade reports from the Office of the University Registrar, 881 Commonwealth Avenue, Second Floor, 617-353-3612.
Ordering Transcripts
The Office of the University Registrar (881 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, MA 02215) is the ONLY location where official transcripts may be obtained in person or call 617-353-3648 for mailed transcripts.
Students are also able to order official transcripts using the Student Link. Once logged onto the LINK, under the 'Academics' tab, students can select the option 'Transcript Preview and Ordering'. They will fill out information, much like the paper request form, and pay with a credit card.
