Course Evaluation Process
At the end of each course, students are asked to complete an evaluation form. This provides information for the instructor to use in improving the course and it may also be used by academic administrators as one measure in determining faculty appointments, raises, promotion, and tenure.
Instructors set aside part of the last session of each course for students to complete the course evaluation.
The instructor should not be present in the classroom when students fill out these forms
Course evaluations will be distributed and collected by a Student Assistant at the end of the last class.
