An Introduction to Gentle Reprocessing (Formerly Gentle EMDR)
Gentle Reprocessing Level I: GR is a psychotherapeutic intervention which can stand on its own or be used in concert with other interventions. A unique integration of guided imagery, cognitive therapy, inner child work, and EMDR, GR is designed to help clients release negative emotions associated with depression, anxiety or PTSD. A growing body of promising evidence suggests GR can promote deep, rapid and lasting improvement. Through lecture, videos, live demonstrations and experiential practice, clinicians gain introductory level GR skills to integrate into their practices.
