Modifying Your Event
If you have any changes to make to your event, please let us know as soon as possible via e-mail or phone (617-358-3373). Please remember that any changes may alter your quoted estimate. If a change is made sooner than two weeks before your event, we will try our best to accommodate your change request based on our available resources (staffing, equipment, time, etc.) however additional fees may be incurred. We will notify you of changes in cost, if any, when you notify us of the change.
Canceling Your Event
If you cancel your event more than two weeks before your event, your group should not be charged for any SPS services or equipment costs. If your event included an outside rental, we will cancel it and inform you if there are any charges that are outstanding. Please note that cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event date may be subject to all originally-quoted costs. We will notify you of the costs, if any, when you notify us of the change. While we do not want you to pay for an event that did not happen, in some scenarios we are unable to cancel an event without incurring fees.
