DIVERSITY & INCLUSION LECTURE: Navigating Difficult Discussions.

Difficult conversations, difficult dialogue, and stressful communication are terms relating of verbal exchanges that involve conflict, disagreement, confrontation and are generally discomforting. They can easily result from differing opinions, differing information or differing interpretation of information about events, issues or circumstances. This presentation will focus on the goal(s), approaches and processes that constitute difficult conversations. This presentation will not enable you to avoid difficult conversations, just help you survive them and still achieve productive communication!
