Staff Lunch and Learn.

This will be an experiential session where we will learn simple relaxation and stress reduction techniques These will include, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Vapassana and Guided Imagery Meditation, self hypnosis. Our goal will be to be present and AWAKE. Wear loose clothing. NAMASTE
