• Talbot occupants – before leaving for Intersession, please make sure your windows are closed in order to avoid the possibility of frozen pipes.
  • Mail – The mailroom will not be delivering or picking up mail during Intersession. However, the mailroom will be open weekdays from 10:00 – 12:00 noon and mail may be picked up there. All mail not picked up during Intersession will be delivered on Monday, January 5, 2015.
  • Energy conservation – Please turn off monitors, printers, copiers and auxiliary equipment (e.g., coffee makers, space heaters, etc.) before you leave for Intersession. If you will not be using your computer during the break, please consider turning it off, too.
  • Custodial services – There will be no custodial service during Intersession. Therefore, if you come in to work, please dispose of any food-related trash in a receptacle outside of the building.
  • Reporting – If you come in to work over intersession and notice anything unusual, please call Control (8-4144) to report any facility issues and Public Safety (8-4444) for any security issues.
  • Out of office messages – Please consider putting “Out of Office” messages on your voicemail and e-mail.
