Sourcing Governance
The Boston University Sourcing Department will:
- Facilitate visibility of all qualified suppliers to fair and open competition
- Streamline processes to encourage support of BU policies
- Ensure access to a contractual framework plus tools and templates to improve the quality and consistency of BU buying
- Provide access to management information during the procurement process to facilitate decision making.
